The venue of the workshops is – Raheja Towers, MG Road, Bangalore. The dates are 20th, 21st, 22nd of August followed by one-on-one mentoring and business planning between the 23rd and 27th of August 2010 where each startup will work with a HeadStart Ventures team member to work out a business plan, followed by business plan presentations by each startup on 28th and 29th of August 2010. Startups selected for these workshops will interact with people from the HeadStart Ventures team and industry partners. To apply to the workshops, please apply here or fill it in towards the end of this post. Deadlines for application is 1st of August 2010. Selected startups will be notified on August 10th and the cost of the attending the workshops and the week long opportunity validation and business planning sessions is Rs 15,000/-. If we see any deserving startup that can not afford it, we will partially waive off fees on a case to case basis.
The objective of these workshops are – 1) to create business plans for selected startups, 2) identify mentors that can work hands on with selected startups, 3) evaluate startups that require seed funding.
